I love being outdoors with my two dogs, whether it’s camping, mountain biking and trail riding, or just walks outside in fresh air. Wellness became my passion years ago because I felt I needed more balance in my life. I’ve been practicing health-conscious habits so I can eventually help others find a direction to become more health aware. I believe it is very important to listen to your body so you can live happy, healthy, balanced and realistically. This is accomplished with recognition of what you put ON your body, the fuel you put IN your body, and what you choose to DO with your body. I guess you could say I am also an aspiring philanthropist. In the near future I will be obtaining my Certificate for Nutrition coaching to advance our cafe and help you find complete balance for your body inside and out.

In the cosmetic and self confidence realm; I find hair color exciting down to the science of each gram. I delight in every style of haircut or creation. I am certified in three different advanced skin care courses. I will continue other certified courses so I can educate every client how to properly commit to healthy hair, skin, and whole body habits. With the energy of a sister and a best friend, I ensure a comfortable experience for every appointment. I have the confidence, creativity, and fashion forward sense to unfold what each individual is looking for.

Duane Nez – Professional Cosmetologist

Duane Nez is a passionate and experienced hair stylist. Since becoming licensed in 2004,
Duane has continued to advance his knowledge and his career. In 2012 Duane completed the
American Board of Certified Hair Colorist in Los Angeles, CA. Shortly after, he attended the
Toni & Guy Advanced Hairdressing Academy for Expert Highlighting plus earned progressions
in classic haircuts and color in 2014 in Dallas, TX. Duane continued his education with the
Vidal Sassoon Academy in California during 2014-2015. Duane has a knack for detail and puts
his perfectionism to good use when it comes to creating amazing style, design and color
unique for each client!
In his free time, Duane enjoys horsemanship, volunteering within the community and spending
time with his rescue animals.
